NaturalSelfGoddess is an emerging metaphysical and spiritual wellness brand founded to help women reclaim ancestral wisdom and heal through sacred self-care. Guided by the motto “Empower. Reclaim. Restore.”
NaturalSelfGoddess’s mission is to empower women of color to reclaim their rituals, restore their roots, and rise into alignment.
Through culturally resonant products, educational content, and community engagement, NSG seeks to provide tools and knowledge for healing intergenerational trauma, fostering spiritual growth, and reconnecting with ancestral wisdom. This mission is born from lived experience at “the intersection of grief, rebirth, and reconnection,” and it positions NSG as a scholarly yet soulful guide for those seeking wholeness.

My journey began long before I had a name for it.
At eight, I was teaching myself to meditate and breathe, listening to Mother Earth and the Wind, learning to quiet my mind and hear what lives beneath the noise. By my teens, I was healing my own body from eczema and allergies using herbal remedies and natural foods, guided by an inner knowing that couldn't be found in textbooks.
I've spent years honoring both the intuitive and the intellectual. I'm currently pursuing an MFA in Creative Writing and completing my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training, adding to my certifications in Reiki Master, Pranayama, Meditation, Coaching, and Shamanic Training. This unique blend allows me to translate sacred wisdom into accessible practices and create tools that truly resonate.
For 8 years, I shared spiritual downloads as Ria SweetRaw (Raw Food Living is a Sweet Lifestyle) on Facebook and WordPress blogging, where my reflections became lanterns for others walking their own paths. I didn't guide in the traditional sense.
I simply shared what moved through me, and people from all walks of life found their own resonance in those words.
I've always been a curious shamanic spirit, attuned to the sacred in unexpected places. Now, I'm bringing that gift into sharper focus with NaturalSelfGoddess, a space dedicated to guiding women back to their natural selves, their divine flow, their inner goddess.
